Noelle is the Youth MOVE Arkansas State Office Director, where she oversees 14 Youth Liaisons around the state who are working to educate communities on the importance of youth voice and the changes that we see have to occur. She has sat on several committees and focus groups as the "youth voice". She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Out of the Dark Inc (a nonprofit organization educating the community on substance use and abuse), the Youth MOVE Arkansas Advisory Board, the Board of Directors for North Jonesboro Neighborhood Initiative, the CASSP Executive Council, and the Jonesboro Tobacco Coalition. Noelle is the OTD Coalition Vice President, a CADCA Member (working on her CPS Certification), an ABHPAC Member, a Fisher Street Community in Action Event Organizer.

Youth MOVE has been like a family to me since I was 22, when I speak to school counselors or teachers I tell them that Youth MOVE is something I needed in high school. In my little community in Arkansas you didn't mention mental health, bullying, drugs, so I went to college with hang ups due to the fact that I couldn't speak of my problems in my school or community. Attending college and meeting people who had my same issues well that is the only reason I am here today. Last year at the YMA Annual Conference I was chosen as the Professional Change Agent of the Year by the youth and adults I work side by side with. That to me was the most amazing feeling, to know that I have made a differenceNoelle
