Support Youth Advocates

JB_and_JG_Instagram.jpg

10 years ago a group of young people decided they would no longer be victims of their circumstances. In fact, with the help of many adult supporters, young people with experience in foster care, residential centers, drug and substance abuse, mental health and juvenile detention centers were determine to rise above their situation and Motivate Others through Voices of Experiences (MOVE).

Knowing that young people are affected by so many systems, the group worked hard to unite the voices and causes of youth and become a national youth-led non-profit organization.

Today, the passion of young people has spread like wild-fire across the nation resulting in 70 chapters across 34 states, over 80 mental health awareness campaigns, 4 staff on the National Leadership Team, over 5,000 hours of time specifically dedicated to helping youth and young adults find, polish and effectively use their voice to create change. Not bad for a passionate group of young adults, right? :-)

We've worked so hard to support the needs of our Youth MOVE Family; we need your support! Funding is being cut across the board- private and government sector, alike. We need your help to continue supporting the Youth MOVEment. It is for this reason that our team, in an effort to earn your  support, have compiled a list of reasons to support Youth MOVE National.

Giving online is easy and will help us reach our campaign goal!
