About What Helps What Harms Listening Sessions

We are holding these Listening Sessions to provide a chance to gather a real time perspective from those who have experience in the Foster Care/Child Welfare system while under 25 years old, and can live anywhere in the U.S. We are offering a $50 visa gift card for 20 people to join one of three listening sessions held August 30th and 31st.

In these learning sessions, we want to know What Helps and What Harms within the Foster Care/Child Welfare systems. Feedback gathered in these sessions will be used with intent to improve the Foster Care/Child Welfare systems for youth, their siblings, parents and other supportive adults that are involved.

The result of these conversations will be a white paper report and an illustration of key points in the conversation that will be published on Youth MOVE’s website and shared with our partners at the National Center for Quality Improvement on Family-Centered Reunification.

All information shared will remain anonymous.
