Mission: An address of youth thriving through local community connection and advocacy is worth an attempt to solve the crisis of distress, discouragement, and disconnection that youth face during the pivotal stages of physical and mental maturity.

The youth generation becomes the future generation; investments in strategies for youth thriving are investments in a future of thriving.

Connecting peer-led and partnered initiatives for the youth across their communities can widen the compass of constructive, cooperative change.

In Manatee County, the expansion of youth thriving and mental health education and advocacy is shy of reaching its peak visibility and impact in the local community.

Beginning locally on the ground in Manatee County, Youth MOVE Causeway publicly aims to:

1. Amplify youth voice and ambition
2. Model youth empowerment, autonomy, and integrity
3. Promote mutual, fair leadership in meaningful achievement
4. Exemplify an active, adaptive youth society
5. Provide mental health support and resources
6. Initiate constructive, cooperative change
7. Offer belonging in sustainable connections
8. Localizing the aims of this project localizes restored youth.

More specifically, promoting practices of thriving and mental health education and advocacy by granting youth leadership opportunities directly is essential for nurturing a self-aware, mindful, and passionate youth. The youth can reclaim and amplify their voices and ambitions by leading public events, organizing collaborative and creative projects, or local networking.
